Most of the time when you’re bringing your vehicle to an auto body shop, its not under the best of circumstances. With that being said the professionalism and genuine care I received from the staff of Accurate Auto Body made my experience a lot easier.
My car was rear-ended and I was unsure about my car looking and performing the same, “pre-accident” condition.
When I was first researching auto body shops I called several, including Accurate. I spoke with the receptionist Mary. She was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process from tow to repairs. She represented the company well which was the deciding factor in my choosing Accurate Auto Body.
After the vehicle was towed-in I was assigned to an estimator, Said R. He was very polite, and courteous. He took his time and went over the process including the insurance procedures, at no time did I feel rushed.
Said R. took care of the paper work with the insurance company. He also kept me posted about the status of my vehicle once or twice a week and informed me about what decisions needed to be made. He did not make assumptions on my behalf he actually called me, and also gave detailed updates.
If I had the unfortunate event of needing auto body repairs again in the future, I would definitely be using Accurate Auto Body and requesting Said R. as my estimator. I am 100% satisfied with both the Customer Service and quality of repairs done.
Had to bring my new F-150 in for repair. My insurance recommended a body shop but I noticed it didn’t get good reviews on Yelp. So I called my Ford dealer where I got the truck and they said Accurate Auto is their go-to for repairs. I checked out the Yelp reviews and they were superb. Started with connecting with Chris M. and he was super helpful getting me thru the process, setting up my appt and ordering parts before I even brought the truck in. I worked with Said the rest of the way and he was extremely informative, worked with my schedule and always kept me updated on progress. It took less than two weeks and my truck looks good as new! Also, shout out to Mary at the front desk for helping with the rental, walking me thru the paperwork and giving me a thank you goodie bag! Great people and awesome work!!
I am completely satisfied with the body repair on my truck. The quality of their repairs are outstanding! Tiffany and her team are amazing to deal with and always provides excellent customer service. Yelp only gives highest rating of 5 stars but Accurate Auto Body deserves 10 Stars !!!

I am very thankful and pleased with the work that was done to my 2017 Toyota Corolla at Accurate Auto Body. After only having my car for 4 months! some inconsiderate individual hit their truck against my bumper, leaving the paint completely ripped off and damage to the patterned plastic below. To say I was devastated is the understatement of the century. In my distress, I contacted our trusted service specialist at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota, and he immediately recommended taking my car to Accurate (as Toyota does not handle paint/bumper repairs at the dealership). I did my research before making an appointment with Mary to bring my car in. Based on the good reviews and the overall time the business has been active, I decided to take a chance and scheduled an appointment to meet with an Estimator.
I met with our Estimator, Said, a few days after finding the damage on my car. Said was very reassuring and provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable trusting my car with Accurate. Said explained what damage had occurred and how it would be fixed. He answered all my questions and concerns about the process, the work and how my car would be taken care of while it was at Accurate. Due to this great conversation, I decided to go with Accurate for the repair work and scheduled my appointment to come back in a few weeks to get the repairs done (Note: Said made sure to tell me that Accurate was booked up and I would need to wait about 2 weeks before my car could get fixed. He gave me the first earliest available appointment).
Overall, I am so grateful for the work that was done on my car. It looks like nothing ever happened and I am so relieved that my car looks brand new again. Suffering such a blow after owning a brand new car for such a short amount of time, and having someone damage it, literally was the worst feeling, but now when I look at my brand new bumper, I am glad that I was able to have Accurate fix the damage and do such a good job. Although I hope to never have to take my car back to Accurate, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Thank you Accurate Auto Body for making a really stressful time be so easy and for making my anxiety levels evaporate because of the job well done!

I’ve been to my fair share of body shops for several of my family’s cars and this by far is the best one I’ve gone to. By a recommendation of a friend whose loyalty remains to shop I thought I’d give it a shot and see how good they really are.
I was helped by Said, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He took a look at my truck to make sure that the damages weren’t just cosmetic and sure enough they weren’t just cosmetic damages. My frame needed work done as well. He assured me that they would be able to do it and that it’s an easy job. The only thing I was worried about was the paint color matching since the color my truck came in only came in one year. Sure enough, when I came to pick it up, it looked amazing! I was more than satisfied with the outcome. They even took the time to clean inside and wash the outside of my truck before giving it back. Amazing service!
If I ever need collision repairs again, this is the place I’m coming to.

I like that the employee was really upfront on the extent of the damage as well as the costs associated with. He texted me on how far along the repairs are going and updating me on when the car is going to be ready for pick-up. And I like the new place now, brighter and with a big parking.
