Repair Process

The first step in the repair process is the estimator analyzes the damage on the vehicle.

The highly trained technician removes the damage parts from the vehicle to check for additional hidden damage. A revised estimate is created and sent to the insurance company for approval and additional parts are ordered.

Structural repairs are addressed at this point. The I-CAR, ASE, and Toyota Factory trained technicians are able to handle any type of repair from full frame replacement, engine removal, to new Hybrid technology.

Four Chief EZ-Liner frame-straightening systems are utilized. A state of the art Chief Velocity computerized laser measuring provides pinpoint accuracy and exact on screen dimensions for the technician to visually use throughout the repair process. Computerized print outs and information are then stored for future reference.

Suspension repairs are performed by the dependable in house technicians to ensure accuracy. The advanced Hunter computerized wheel alignment equipment provides valuable printed reports verifying correct suspension alignment.

If airbags deployed during the collision, our trained technicians replace the deployed air bags and the SRS system is checked for proper function and accuracy.

Once structural repairs are completed, body repairs are performed. Damaged panels are reshaped or replaced to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Quality control is the final step in the repair process before the vehicle is sent to the paint department.
